TARIFFS
to the Public Offer for the provision of services
Section 1. General Provisions
1.1.The Tariffs form an integral part of the Agreement (public offer) for the provision of services. Terms used in the Tariffs have the meanings given to them in Section 1 of the Agreement.
1.2.Package prices are stated in euro (EUR). The Client pays 100% of the Package price to the Contractor’s account (clause 4.1 of the Agreement).
1.3.The number of Presentations and Initial Introductions stated in the Tariffs is a maximum (“up to”) (clauses 2.3.3 and 5.5 of the Agreement).
1.4.The term of the Package runs from the Time of Conclusion of the Agreement (clause 5.4 of the Agreement).
Section 2. Packages

| Consultation | Matchmaker: 149 Yuliia Lysenko / Liudmyla Slobodianiuk: 350 | 30 days | An online consultation lasting 60–90 minutes, which includes: preliminary analysis of the Client’s questionnaire; study of the search criteria; analysis of the Client’s wishes regarding the search for a Candidate and of how realistic the criteria are; strengths and weaknesses of the request; assessment of the prospects of an introduction; personal recommendations. The Consultation is conducted by a matchmaker or by Yuliia Lysenko / Liudmyla Slobodianiuk. Not included: Presentations, organisation of introductions, support of the search. |
| Package 1. Individual Introduction | 450 | 30 days | For a Client who has already chosen a specific woman whose profile is on the Website. Analysis of compatibility and of the prospects of an introduction; preparation of the Profile; Presentation of the Profile to the chosen woman; obtaining and analysing feedback; organisation of an introduction if there is mutual interest; support at the first stages of the introduction. Not included: search for other Candidates, Presentations to other women, long-term support, organisation of travel and personal meetings. |

Match Selection | 990 | 6 months | Interview with a matchmaker; analysis of goals, values and expectations; definition of the most promising type of Candidate; selection of Candidates from the Agency’s database and their additional analysis; up to 15 Presentations; feedback from Candidates; up to 6 Initial Introductions if there is mutual interest; recommendations on communication. Not included: unlimited search, personal support by Yuliia Lysenko or Liudmyla Slobodianiuk, organisation of travel, search outside the Agency’s database. |
| Package 3. Private Matchmaking | 2 500 | 12 months | In-depth interview with a matchmaker; analysis of goals, values and expectations; definition of the most promising type of Candidate; selection of Candidates from the Agency’s database and their additional analysis; up to 30 Presentations; feedback from Candidates; up to 12 Initial Introductions if there is mutual interest; recommendations on communication; preparation for real meetings; a personal matchmaker for the whole term of the Package; review of the search criteria once every three months. Not included: personal management by Yuliia Lysenko or Liudmyla Slobodianiuk, organisation of travel and logistics of meetings. |
| Package 4. Private Concierge | from 10 000 | individually | The Package combines the personal involvement of Yuliia Lysenko or Liudmyla Slobodianiuk and concierge support. The price, detailed description of services and term are agreed with the Client individually, based on his wishes, and are recorded in the Private Concierge Agreement (clause 4.6 of the Agreement). Depending on the Client’s wishes, the Package may include: everything included in Private Matchmaking; an interview with and supervision of the project by Yuliia Lysenko or Liudmyla Slobodianiuk; participation of Yuliia Lysenko or Liudmyla Slobodianiuk in the analysis of Candidates; an individual search scenario; search outside the Agency’s database and international search; enhanced confidentiality; organisation of real meetings and coordination of logistics; preparation for meetings and support after introductions. |
Section 3. Milana Club
3.1.The service is available only to Clients who have previously paid for any Package (clause 4.7 of the Agreement).

3.2.Each month is paid for separately. There is no automatic renewal: if payment for the next month is not received, participation in Milana Club ends.
Section 4. What Is Not Included in the Package Price
4.1.Unless otherwise agreed separately in writing, the Package price does not include: the Client’s personal expenses for travel, accommodation, tickets, restaurants, gifts; legal, migration and visa services, marriage registration services and translation of documents; psychological counselling and coaching; round-the-clock communication and an unlimited search (clause 2.4 of the Agreement).
Section 5. Refund on Withdrawal from the Agreement
5.1.If the Client withdraws from the Agreement within the Withdrawal Period, the value of the stages of services that the Agency has started is retained in accordance with clause 7.3 of the Agreement.
